Cancellation Policy

I. USA Wrestling Membership Requirement I understand and agree that an active USA Wrestling membership is required prior to any participation in WildyStyle Wrestling Activities, unless WildyStyle Wrestling expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific program or event. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the participant’s membership remains current, valid, and in good standing for the full duration of participation. II. Assumption of Risk I understand that wrestling and wrestling-related training are inherently dangerous contact activities involving serious known and unknown risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, takedowns, throws, joint injuries, sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, concussion and other head injuries, spinal injuries, skin infections, communicable illness, permanent disability, emotional distress, property loss, and death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Activities, whether arising from instruction, supervision, equipment, facility conditions, contact with other participants, travel to or from Activities, or otherwise. III. Cancellation and Refund Policy For events, clinics, and camps, cancellation must be clearly communicated to WildyStyle Wrestling more than ten (10) days prior to the event date in order to be eligible for a return or refund. Cancellations made ten (10) days or fewer before the event date are not eligible for refund unless WildyStyle Wrestling chooses to make an exception in its sole discretion. WildyStyle Wrestling reserves the right to address refund timing, payment processing, credits, transfers, and extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis. For private lessons, group sessions, ongoing practices, or other services, any separate posted or written cancellation policy may also apply.
